AU YONG WAI YAN
Au Yong Wai Yan practices in the areas of conveyancing, banking, commercial and
His work includes preparation of documents relating to sale and purchase of residential,
commercial and industrial properties and covers the aspects of regulatory approvals
required from governmental agencies such as the Foreign Investment Committee. Prior
to joining the firm, Au Yong Wai Yan was the Sales & Customer Service Manager of
a Kuala Lumpur based property development company where he was responsible for the
development and implementation of an overall sales and marketing strategy including
sales network development and training.
Wai Yan graduated from the University of Liverpool, United Kingdom with a Bachelor
of Laws (Honours) in 1998 and holds a Masters degree in Business Administration
(1999) from the University of Liverpool, United Kingdom.
NG BOO JEK
Ng Boo Jek’s primary areas of practice include intellectual property, corporate, commercial, estate
planning, conveyancing, and bank financings. Boo Jek's practice also encompasses representing
clients in the courts as well as boardrooms.
Boo Jek has been involved also in giving legal advice to foreign companies including foreign banks
and foreign legal firms on issues related to Malaysian laws. He is a registered trademark agent and a
registered patent agent.
In addition to the above, Boo Jek have been engaged to speak at events organised by various
business associations and Bar committees.

HENRY NGOK HENG HUI
Henry Ngok Heng Hui’s main areas of practice consist of dispute resolutions and
corporate advisory, He has acted for numerous financial institutions, multi-national
companies and government enacted statutory bodies in Malaysia. He also acted for
a local municipal council in respect of high profiled administrative law dispute.
Henry’s other notable transactions include acting for a state government body in
respect of a RM10 million construction claim and acting for various banks in the
Court of Appeal and Federal Court of Malaysia.
Henry graduated from the University of Liverpool, United Kingdom.
YEOH BEE SING
Miss Yeoh Bee Sing graduated from the University of Wales, Cardiff, United Kingdom
in 1998. She completed her pupilage in Messrs Kamarudin & Partners and was called to the
Malaysian Bar on 10/11/2001. She commenced practice in Messrs Tan Kim Soon & Co as a legal
assistant on 15/11/2001 and was assigned to handle general litigation matters (particularly in
debt recovery matters relating to hire purchase, credit card and housing loan), bankruptcy and
winding up proceedings, foreclosure proceeding. On 16/5/2003, she joined Messrs Wong & Associates
and had an extensive practice in winding-up and bankruptcy proceedings, insurance claims, divorce
and matrimonial proceedings, applications for probate and letters of administration, execution
proceedings (application for Judgment Debtor Summons and Writ of Seizure and Sale), some general
litigation matters, family and matrimonial matters and conducting full trial in relation to general
litigation. She joined Messrs Tan & Ng as a legal assistant from 1/4/2004 until 6/5/2014 and she
practiced in the area of conveyancing and banking works. She is based at our Ara Damansara Office.
